  1. I looked at your live records and they were correct. Your SSL was issued 3 hours ago 🙂 Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  2. This isn't possible. Squarespace is a 'website builder' and, whilst this means that you can produce a professional-looking website very easily without technical knowledge, it also means that you do not have access to the technical 'backend' areas that would allow you to integrate payment code like this. 3. This is both normal and unavoidable. You will need to add a 301 redirect rule so that old product URLs continue to work: /store/[product-item] -> /store/p/[product-item] 301 When you use the 7.0 to 7.1 update tool it automatically adds this 301 redirect rule. 4. There isn't a way to create events on a Squarespace Events page because there isn't an API for the Events collection. Squarespace only has Commerce APIs. If you want to pull custom event data from a Google sheet you will need to write some custom JavaScript that extracts the data and places it data directly onto a standard page, rather than storing the data in a Squarespace Events collection. 5. The page does contain the robots meta tag but it is not valid because there are some errors in Page Header Code Injection: If you resolve the issue with the custom code, this should resolve the issue 🙂. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  6. You can use Product variants to add different attributes like size or weight. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  7. On Squarespace Commerce, adding a product, completing a registration form and making payment are separate steps and cannot be completed on the same page. They'll need to click Add to Cart, complete and submit the Custom Product Form and then, when they've registered each attendee, go to the cart and then the checkout to make payment. However, there are third party forms that can be embedded into a Squarespace page or used standalone. For example, Jotform offers a Stripe Registration Form (affiliate link) that takes the registration details and the payment on a single form, through Stripe. Of course these payments won't be tracked within Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  8. To allow us to take a look, please ensure you've added the CSS and then share the URL of your page.
  9. @Pg1 Squarespace have locked down the checkout page to protect the payments process and, in doing so, have prevented third party developers from adding code to this page. We can display prices in alternative currencies on product pages but this Squarespace restriction prevents anyone from showing alternative currencies on the checkout page. Obviously this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps 🙂. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  10. DNS records are always managed through the company that hosts the domain name. As your domain name is hosted by a third party (not Squarespace), you'll need to log on to their platform to make the DNS changes. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  11. Please see my post entitled How to make Squarespace navigation dropdowns clickable. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  12. The code was updated after @Rauno raised that issue. If is it not working, please provide a link to the page 🙂.
  13. No, there isn't an API for this. Even with Developer Mode (which is available on the older version 7.0 platform) Squarespace is still a serverless platform where you do not have access to "backend" server settings where you could programmatically create or publish new posts. If you need that functionality, you'll need to use a different platform.
  14. On Squarespace, customers should be able to track their order by opening their order confirmation email and clicking VIEW YOUR ORDER.
  15. Can you provide the community with a working link to the site, and a link to the code you're using? If you are unsure how to provide this, please see the guide How to Post a Forum Question.
  16. What subscription plan are you on? If you've completed your trial, you will need a Business Plan or above to use code.
  17. How to Post a Forum Question provides guidance on how to provide a link.
  18. When I visit www.whaleback.co.uk it works correctly. It does not redirect. However, some of the links on your homepage have been created using the admin domain (pepper-ellipse-3s4z.squarespace.com) so, if I click these, I'll be sent to the admin domain instead. For example, the first tile for "The Salterns" has the link https://pepper-ellipse-3s4z.squarespace.com/work/the-salterns instead of just /work/the-salterns. You can correct this by editing each of the links. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. Hi Nicole Can you provide us with a link to the website and tell us a little more about how you are trying to be more compliant? I'm aware that the UK Government intends to regulate interest-free Buy-Now Pay-Later (BNPL) products, but I wasn't aware that anything had happened yet, so I'm not sure what you'd like to add. For example, the latest version of Squarespace (v7.1) should already show the correct messaging for the BNPL services that are available on your site. It shouldn't be necessary to add this manually if you are using Squarespace Commerce. That said, if you are in the UK and trying to use the example Stripe code, you will need to edit the sample to suit your audience (the country code is GB). You may also need to manually specify that you are offering Clearpay: const options = { amount: 9900, currency: 'GBP', paymentMethodTypes: ['afterpay_clearpay'], countryCode: 'GB', }; Did this help? Sales tax

There are no published plans for Squarespace to offer this.
  21. A couple of quick questions? Are the DNS entries correct for your domain? The CNAME and A records will need to be correct before the SSL will be issued. How long ago did you configure them? It can take 24-72 hours. If you need help, please share the domain name with us.
  22. Have you tried clicking MOVE DOMAIN (top right in your screenshot)? This would normally allow you to select your website to connect the domain. I wrote a guide that may help: Connecting a Squarespace Domain to a Squarespace Website. If it doesn't help, please contact Squarespace Customer Support for help with this issue. Did this help?
