  1. On Squarespace, a "Blog" is just a type of page. They are fully supported on trials and all plans. To add a Blog, go to the home menu and click Pages, click the + icon and then click Blog. For more detailed guidance, see the support article Blogging with Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  2. Hi Glory You can add variants to your product for different options like size, colour, additional stems, or to add a vase or chocolates. If you set a range of price for these variants, the price will appear as 'From' until the customer selects all the valid options. For example, add a product for one of your bouquets and scroll down to the Inventory section to set the price. After setting the base price, click ADD beside VARIANTS. To simply things, let's start by adding Size variants of Small, Medium and Large. After adding them, click SAVE and view all the variants: Here you can set the price of each variant. Once you save this product, the price should be displayed as "From £50.00". Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  3. These cannot be removed. The workaround is to host your video elsewhere, either on Squarespace directly on or on a paid service like Vimeo.
  4. The problem is that you have added two SPF records - one for Zoho Books and one for Fastmail, whereas the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) specification only allows for a single record. By the way, this isn't a Squarespace specific issue; you'd have exactly the same problem with any domain host. The solution is to identify all the authorised servers in a single SPF record. It's called merging records. Take a look at the Merge SPF records section of this support guide. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  5. No, this is not possible. Each member will need to manually create a Member account on Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  6. Squarespace don't normally offer refunds but, in my experience, they are offering a pro-rata refund on a 7.0 site if you are taking out a new annual subscription to a new 7.1 site. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  7. They would need to add the item to the cart manually and use the discount code.
  8. There are still a few gaps in Member Areas, but hopefully the team will have positive news for us soon.
  9. I couldn't see any custom code so, as I mentioned above, this looks like a Squarespace bug and I recommend that you report it to Squarespace Customer Care. As a temporary workaround, you may be able to hide it by adding this to Design > Custom CSS: #productSummary > .reviewSummary { display: none; } Did this help? 10. Here's my previous post about the colour of the stars. Regarding the duplicate review element, that's strange and looks like it is caused by custom code but I can't be sure because you haven't included a link to the page in your post. If the site isn’t live, please see How to Post a Forum Question for guidance on how to provide a link to your site. If you haven't added any custom code, I recommend that you report this as a bug directly to Customer Care. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  11. You aren't missing anything. Squarespace haven't added any tools to help us manage subscriptions or memberships yet.
  12. To answer your specific question, Code Injection (the panel in your screenshot) requires a Business plan or above. Personal plans don't support it. That said, if you want to add a Ken Burns effect, you should be able to do this on any plan, by using keyframes in CSS instead of code injection. Did this help? 13. This was due to a Commerce outage today for around an hour. During this time, customers could not place products in the cart or checkout. This should now be resolved but you can follow updates on the status page here. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  14. I suspect the Universal Filter is overriding the "tag" URL query, although this is just a guess. I recommend reaching out via the Squarewebsites Slack support channel to check. Let us know how you get on.
  15. Have you read my post Adding a custom status badge to Squarespace Products? Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  16. I see you are using the Universal Filter plugin. If you remove this script temporarily, does the page show products tagged only with PETZL?
  17. It looks like you have enabled Product Waitlists. Sold out labels won't display beside variants in the product drop-down menu when Product Waitlists are enabled. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  18. The sale option has not been removed. You'll find it by tapping on the price like this: Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  19. If you want to point the domain to a non-Squarespace site, you'll first need to delete your default records because your domain can’t point to another site when these defaults are in place. For more information, see Point to a non-Squarespace site. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  20. Customers usually appreciate receiving the "order fulfilled" notification, even if there isn't a physical product being shipped. The text in the notification can be changed for service products and should not include any shipping or tracking information. If you'd prefer not to send an "order fulfilled" notification, you can uncheck the option (on an individual order basis) when changing the status of the order to "fulfilled". Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  21. Try using shift and enter after each name, instead of enter. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  22. The code you've quoted isn't CSS. It is HTML (that contains CSS and JavaScript). It must be added in the Code Injection panel, not Custom CSS. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  23. You cannot set a minimum or maximum order quantities on Squarespace, because customers can change quantities on the checkout page, and this cannot be prevented. To be clear, someone could write code (JavaScript) to set a minimum or maximum quantity on the product page, but as I mentioned above, this can be undone by the customer at the checkout stage.
