  1. Have you tried an Archive Block? Archive blocks can display content by date, tag, category or author. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  2. If you display the blog posts using a Summary Block, you'll be able to write some code to display them alphabetically. To avoid writing the code, there's a paid plugin available called Lazy Summaries that will display the posts in your chosen sort order, and a bunch of other things besides. For example, it will allow you to display more than 30 blog posts and set the number of posts to display horizontally Here's an example showing the sort order of a blog being changed to A-Z: Did this help? 3. If you don’t already have an email service you can use the Squarespace integration with Google Workspace to set up a custom email address. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  4. Squarespace supports Stripe and PayPal. It isn’t possible to use TWINT (or any other third-party payment methods) with the Squarespace checkout. To use this payment method, they would need to choose a different e-commerce platform.
  5. Can you help me to understand why it would be helpful to display the SKU on the Product Detail Page (PDP)?
  6. If you've followed the steps in the guide Connecting a GoDaddy domain to your Squarespace site then it should start working, but it can take up to 72 hours. It does not matter whether the site is visible (published) but the site must be on a paid plan. If you're concerned that it is not working then I recommend you reach to Squarespace Customer Care via their online chat service. My post how to contact Squarespace explains how to reach them. 7. Please see Moving from Squarespace version 7.0 to version 7.1 checklist. It is unusual to migrate from v7.1 to v7.0, but the steps are the same as described in this guide. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  8. From the screenshot I can see you are using my Datepicker extension. The day of the week can be included by tweaking one of the settings, as described in step 4.3 of the guide. If you need further guidance, please contact us for assistance and we'll be pleased to help. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  9. The classes changed when Squarespace introduced new video features. You should be able to hide the play button on these videos by adding the following CSS to Design > Custom CSS: .video-player .plyr--full-ui.plyr--video .plyr__control--overlaid { display: none !important; } Did this help? 10. No, but it very difficult to obtain detailed data that can confirm whether Squarespace hosting is green or not, because it has yet to be accurately measured and published. This means that the tools you mentioned above are unhelpful as they are unable to calculate the green credentials of Squarespace, good or bad. That said, Squarespace host their services with industry-leading cloud service providers including AWS and Google, both of whom have targets to reach 100% renewable energy.
  11. This is due to a Squarespace update that has replaced all the version 2 reCaptcha elements (which require the “I’m not a robot” checkbox) with the version 3 reCaptcha. Squarespace have simplified the configuration of the v3 reCaptcha. You no longer need a Google account or to provide site specific API keys. This newer element does not require the visual element, giving you more more control over your site’s design. You are still protected against spam submissions. The only indication that your site is protected by reCaptcha is a badge that conditionally appears in the bottom corner of the screen when a visitor interacts with a reCaptcha-protected block. 12. @freshh20 If you move all the products into a single store page (instead of three separate store pages) you can then place your products into categories called Nell Women, Nell Kids and New Arrivals. Having them in categories allows you to display your products more flexibly. You can create links in the navigation that go directly to each of those categories, making them appear like separate store pages when, in fact, they are just different "views" of your store. For example, you can place a new sundress in both the "Nell Women" and "New Arrivals" categories without duplicating it. Duplicating a product can be problematic because it makes it difficult to manage inventory. To learn more, see the Product Categories section of the Organizing products guide. Did this help? 15. Sadly it is not possible to implement these additional security and anti-fraud measures on Squarespace. For example, Stripe Radar is not supported by the Stripe API that Squarespace are using, so no transactions will be protected by this service. I've been asking for Radar support for the last eleven months, but this isn't on the roadmap. Regarding potentially fraudulent transactions, I recommend that you follow up on these and refund them to avoid potential dispute fees as a result of chargebacks. I strongly recommend that you report potential fraud directly to Squarespace Customer Care - as early as possible - so they can work with Stripe to improve fraud detection on Squarespace. If you are having difficulties contacting Squarespace, please read how to contact Squarespace. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  16. Squarespace forum users are Squarespace customers, just like you. If you have a "how-to" question or would like help with code, please post a new question on this forum. We love to help! However, forum users cannot assist with feature requests or with technical issues, faults or 'bugs'. If something isn't working as expected, please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly, as described below. 1. The first step is to go to the Squarespace Contact Us page using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Use a private or incognito browsing window to do this. Do not use a standard non-private window and do not use the Microsoft Edge browser as this is not supported by the contact form. You should see this: 2. Click or tap on the button labelled 'I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT' - even though you do! This is a 'catch-all' option that will allow you to reach the right people when the other options have failed. 3. Choose a topic from the dropdown list. The options may not be perfect, but choose the option that most closely matches your situation. Often, you won't find a perfect match so select something and move on! 4. You may be asked a number of similar questions or be given further topics to choose from. Continue to select the best option each time. 5. Scroll down past any suggested help articles (or the white space that appears when no suggestions are available) until you see the two contact options under the heading "Here are ways to get more help": 6. To make a feature request or to report an issue that will require further investigation, click (or tap) CONTACT WITH EMAIL. this option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 7. For real-time assistance from one of the support team click START LIVE CHAT. Live chat isn't available on mobile devices, and is only available at certain times of the day, Monday to Friday, including: 4:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST Did this help? 17. I don't believe this is the case so I'd be interested to know where you read this. PayPal supports 25 currencies (see the list here) and, due to South African regulations, ZAR is not one of them.
  18. It is Marketing > Email Campaigns > Automations > ADD > Welcome New Subscribers.
  19. If you upload your videos to Squarespace, video blocks and background videos use the same <video> HTML element to embed a video media player. As it is the same code, the reliability of an autoplay video should not be any different from the same mobile device. The difference is that, when you add a background video, it will always include the autoplay, muted and loop attributes so that the video automatically begins to play as soon as it can do so (before it finishes loading). When you add a video block, you choose whether to enable these attributes for autoplay, or wait until the user clicks 'play' manually. That said, you can also upload your video to a video hosting service but, if you do that, the reliability of playback will also depend on your that third party service and how well it interacts with Squarespace. Using YouTube for background videos is not recommended. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
  20. See What is your refund policy? “Renewal orders for hosting services cancelled within 30 days from the date of payment qualify for a full refund if the renewal term has not started. If the new term has started, a partial refund is available for all fees except the fee due for the first month of the new term.”
  21. Try using a PNG file, and ensure it is 100KB or below.
  22. Have you tried adding a video block to a different page so one of your friends can compare it?
  23. Take a look at my guide below and let me know if it helps. Did this help? Please give feedback by clicking an icon below ⬇️
