  1. Hi @cerimania, It looks like your trial has been reinstated since this posting, which is great to see. For reference, it can take more than 30 days for us to permanently delete a site from our system. Therefore, if you accidentally delete a site, the best action to take it to contact Customer Support as soon as you notice, and the team will investigate whether they can restore site content.
  2. Hi Alex, Thanks for reaching out to the community! I'm not sure which content you're referring to when you reference the "Footer" so I'm going to try and address both items I think it could be. As a note, this is a version 7.0 site. 1. The thumbnail image and "Darren Henault" title As you mentioned, you're using an Index Page. When viewing a nested page (a page within your index), you will then see at the bottom of that page a visual list (thumbnail images) for the other nested pages. The intention is that it creates a quick link to more content on your site. If this is what you'd like to remove, click to view any nested page. Then navigate to Design > Site Styles > Index Styles and adjust the Thumbnails on Open Page: Show All to the Hide All option. As a site note, it seems only the Darren Henault nested page currently has a thumbnail image uploaded. To add a thumbnail image for all of your other nested pages, go to the Page Settings > Media. 2. The "Latest," "Film Reviews," and "Interviews" footer content If this is what you're referring to, login to your site and view any of the nested pages within the index. Scroll down and hover over the footer. A black annotation bar for "Writing Footer Content" will display. Click Edit and you can then modify this text. I hope this helps! If you feel you need more tailored support, contact our Customer Support team and they can work one-on-one with you.
  3. Hi Rich, Congrats on building your e-Commerce site! There are some Squarespace Extensions that will help with your printing and shipping goals, including ShipStation, Printful and more. Check out the Squarespace Extensions help guide for an overview of all the available extensions and details on how to set them up!
  4. Hi Fazal128, It's exciting to hear that you'd like to move your site to Squarespace and this is possible! In general, the steps are to start a Squarespace trial, import the content to your new Squarespace site, and move your domain. Check out the Moving from WordPress to Squarespace guide for a detailed walk-through.
  5. Hi Rachel! I love your logo and color palette! One thing I noticed is that I get an error when clicking on your Instagram icons. It seems that the URL currently begins with "ihttps//" whereas it should be "https://" ahead of the "www." You can update the URL link from Settings > Social Links. See our Adding social links steps for more details!
  6. There are different loan calculators available on the web that you can embed onto your website. For example, here's one from Practical Money Skills and another from Mortgage Loan Calc. I found these through a simple Google search. I'd suggest doing a search of your own to find the best one for your needs. Once you determine which calculator you want to use, copy the embed code and then paste it into a Code Block on your Squarespace site.
  7. All templates have regular Pages and Text Blocks, which it sounds like will be your two main building blocks in creating your site. For news and updates, you may also consider using a Blog Page as you can create a new post each day, which will then display in chronological order with the most recent post/update at the top. See here for more information on using a Blog Page. A couple of templates that may interest you are Om or Five. To add external links to recent articles, you can either create a Navigation Link or a text link within the page content.
