Still no work around to this other than what Fowler mentioned. I'm hoping square space will rectify this issue, especially with the new ability to buy postage directly through them. Sellers NEED to be able to insure their packages, it's a complete oversight of their team to fail to implement the most basic features in a shipping service, like insurance, international postage, & updating the order status when labels are created or parcels hit the mail stream.

Squarespace has a lot to catch up in regards to the shipping realm. The new-ish roll out of being able to buy shipping through them is riddled with flaws & international postage isn't even available?! I hope they act on these issues with much haste in 2022. -
this is a very frustrating issue that continues to happen. however, once the user understands what's happening, the solution is very easy. I have a feeling a customer with a lot of packages to ship a month will get frustrated with having to reconnect their commerce store multiple times a month.
