  1. Site URL: https://funtimeprogram.com I am trying to setup my DNS records as described on the Update DNS Settings form for my newsletter, but it is still not authenticating the txt @ record even though it's been over a week. Squarespace is giving me the error "Please merge your SPF records" but they are already merged into one record as described on the Update DNS Settings page. I put the following records into my domain DNS records at Google Domains: CNAME squarespace._domainkey squarespace-domainkey.squarespace-mail.com TXT @ v=spf1 include:squarespace-mail.com ~all TXT _dmarc v=DMARC1; p=none The first and third record are verifying but the second one is failing with the error "Please merge your SPF records." I checked out the documentation for the error and it appears to only apply for multiple SPF records, but I only have one. Can anyone explain how I need to modify my records to get them to validate? Thanks so much.
  2. Site URL: http://funtimeprogram.com I recently started a podcast hosted on my Squarespace site at http://funtimeprogram.com. I have a blog set up at http://funtimeprogram.com/episodes and have used the RSS feed at http://funtimeprogram.com/episodes?format=rss I added the podcast to Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Podcast Addict, etc and the first episode got added perfectly, but our second episode hasn’t updated on any of the podcast sites and was published on August 9th so should have gone out to the podcast apps by now. Is there anything that I need to do to get these podcast apps to update with the latest episode? When I view the RSS feed directly it includes both the first and second episode so that seems to be working correctly.
  3. Site URL: https://funtimeprogram.com/ I just finished setting up a new Squarespace website for my new podcast and I've been adding all the social sharing links for our social media accounts and the platforms where people can subscribe to our podcast and Squarespace automatically assigned the correct icons for each link (FB, Twitter, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) but for some reason it is assigning the Apple Podcasts logo to our Podcast Addict link, so it looks like we just put the Apple Podcasts link twice. Is there any way to change the logo being assigned to our Podcast Addict link in the Social Sharing module? You can see what I am talking about on my site https://funtimeprogram.com
  4. This didn't seem to work for me. Even using the embed code it still displays as a horizontal video with black bars on the sides. The video displays vertically without any black bars on YouTube just fine and the embed code specifies the correct width and height but Squarespace seems to just ignore it. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/P6tF3PttVLs" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  5. I finally decided to close my browser and start fresh and now it seems to be working. No idea what was going on there but closing your browser and reopening seems to be the only fix.
  6. I have encountered the strangest bug on a new site I am creating. When I create two blog posts and edit the second one, it changes the first post as well so that they are both identical. If I go back to the first post and change it back to it's original post it changes the second one to match it. I tried deleting the blog posts and starting over but it is still happening. Is there anything I can do to fix this? You can see my posts at https://www.realmodelstories.com/stories The titles and text are able to be different, but as soon as I add a youtube video and image gallery it changes the youtube video and image gallery on the other blog post to match the new one, and visa versa when I go back and re-edit the old one. So weird.
  7. Same issue here. Can't seem to get any thumbnails to show up on the blog home page here: https://www.realmodelstories.com/stories
