  1. There are a number of places Squarespace 7.1 design could be enhanced for user experience. I'm coming at it as a first-time user as I'm learning 7.1 to migrate my 7.0 site over. I find it odd that the naming convention for labels on font size are not 1:1 on different panels when they are indeed 1:1 objects. If a Squarespace design person is monitoring this forum, here's a request for improvement. On the plus side, I'm loving the 7.1 flexibility overall compared to 7.0. 👍

  2. @derricksrandomviews
What are your thoughts about starting a 7.1 migration project without using an existing design, but instead using the Blank Template Blueprint in my new trial account. AND, I could also start a second trial in parallel with one of the design layout templates. Then I could get ideas with the design one for helping me build the blank one. Or maybe I might find one easier to go with and drop the other. What's nice about being a Circle member is that I have six months for the trials. Have you found this to be a useful strategy for the objective of trying to replicate an existing 7.0 design as much as possible?
    Thanks!

  3. Hi,

My website is for any business industry and business unit since my project management application is a horizontal solution that any of them could benefit from. However, I would like to zero in on a niche, or two niches. I have been doing well with two market sectors. I'm looking for advice if anyone has introduced a dual approach on their home page for a visitor to choose direction based on who they are. Maybe I should focus on only one niche, but I could be loosing out on the other. So, I'm looking for advice on how to do a dual approach or maybe advice that maybe I should do that for good reason.

    Thanks!
    Paul
