I need help with this countdown timer

I would like to have the same (or similar) 30-second countdown timer that is featured at https://www.humancoalition.org/ (scroll down slightly on their home page). I want to add this countdown timer to a homepage I am working on through the Squarespace platform. The problem is that I don't know what CSS code to add to my page in order to make this happen and am seeking assistance from more experienced community members.

I'm trying to mimic the 30-second count-down-and-repeat timer from https://www.humancoalition.org/ I don't have the experience with sorting out which CSS is needed and how to properly tie it all together. I know there will need to be a header injection for the page and then a code block to display this, but which code is where I'm at a loss. Once the right parts are there I'm confident I can adjust the font and colors to match the site I'm working on. Thanks in advance!
