  1. /bump Please add an option to remove this, completely unnecessary for my client's use case.
  2. Hi Tuan, any idea if this is a temporary issue that Sqsp will fix or is this the new normal? If the latter I need to fix because it's messed my pages up similar to the OP's screenshots.
  3. Hmm... Yeah, it's happening on all of my 7.1 sites (in Safari) currently. Not sure why yet. See images so you can see.
  4. Let me know your squarespace URL(s) and I'll take a look :)
  5. Turns out you can use an '&' to create multiple parameters, so it would look like this: /shop/women?category=Dresses&tag=Colour%3A%20Black So this is a solution of sorts... Still really interested to know if there's a check-box style filter method, if anyone can help? Rob.
  6. Update... I know it's possible to isolate a category via the URL, like this: /shop/women?category=Dresses Or a tag, like this: /shop/women?tag=Colour%3A%20Black Is it possible to do both? The below isn't working: /shop/women?category=Dresses?tag=Colour%3A%20Black I might not be separating the category and tag elements correctly (currently using a '?') - If I can suss this out, it may be a decent alternative IF I can't work out how to integrate an actual filter function. Thanks, Rob.
  7. Hi there! My website is fertha-s.squarespace.com My question is this: Is there a way to add an additional layer of product information that can be used to further filter out products of a specific category... I.e. If I click +shop women > Dresses I'd like users to be able to refine by colour, size and price. An example of what I mean can be found on the Ben Sherman website here - on the left hand side of the page. Essentially it's a tickbox that will filter down based on those 3 criteria. I've tried tagging products and then using the archive block BUT this method displays all results tagged with the colour blue (for example) rather than specifically blue dresses... I'm stuck here and this feature is integral to the user journey. Any help for ideas? Rob.
  8. Mine no longer autoplays on desktop versions, only on mobile... Still can't figure out how to make the same apply to all carousels :( EDIT: Oh yeah- I see what you mean about the white box at the end, it's doing the same on mine... sigh
  9. Did anyone find out how to apply this to all carousels on the page? Thanks, Rob. EDIT: The site I'm trying to get this to work on is https://fertha-s.squarespace.com - I'd like both summary carousels to rotate, not just the top one. Thank you to anyone that can help :)
