  2. Hey everyone, At the moment the only option to create a custom email address for your domain through Squarespace is using our partnership with Google/G Suite. There's currently an offer to receive a free year of G Suite for one user (one email address), just in case you aren't aware. Check out this guide for more details: G Suite offer Other than, you might want to consider setting up your custom email address through a third party provider, such as Zoho, for example. Have a look into this other guide for more details: Using Zoho Mail with your Squarespace Domain For any further

  4. Hi @Mark_RM, Considering what you are trying to achieve here you might want to have a look into setting up a link to categories and/or tags. 5. Hi @laxgirlie Thank you for flagging this issue. We’ve noted this for our Design and Engineering teams to review, and they’ll use this feedback when implementing fixes and improvements in future releases. This seems to be something to occur when animations are enabled, so for the time being you might want to consider disabling those. Check out this Squarespace help article for more details: Site-wide animations - Remove site-wide animations For now, I am closing this post; for any further questions regarding this issue, please reach out to the Customer Support team.

  7. Hi @Deriss Thanks for the suggestion. We don't currently offer Wistia as an option for background videos, but I'd be happy to suggest it to our development team on your behalf. 8. Hi @refinedspacesco, To add on what bangank36 suggested, I just wanted to point our that most of the times overlapping text issues on mobile are related with the line height tweak being set as 0em or a very small value in the style settings for your site. That's something highlighted in this great help article: Fixing text formatting - Fix line spacing So, adjusting that style tweak should fix the issue. 🙂
  9. Hi @elliotcoulter, I'd recommend that you start by reviewing the current SEO descriptions that are set for your site or add them if you haven't done so yet. Check this Squarespace help article for more details: Adding SEO descriptions Bear in mind that updates to your SEO descriptions don't immediately appear on search results. So, once you're happy with those descriptions, I'd suggest that you ask Google to re-index your site. This is to speed up the re-indexing from Google a bit. You can do this by first verifying your site using Google Search Console, if you haven’t done it yet. C

  11. Hi everyone, I'd like to point out that it's normal that updates to your SEO descriptions don't immediately appear on search results. They will only be updated once Google has re-indexed your site, which can take some time and it's something outside of Squarespace control. To try to speed up this process a bit, I would suggest that you ask Google to re-index your site. You can do this by first verifying your site using Google Search Console, if you haven’t done it yet. Check out this Squarespace help guide for more details: Verifying your site with Google Search Console

  14. @LRKIf your customers won't need to pay for the digital product that you'd like to "attach" to the physical product and so you can have the process of sending the digital product automated, you might want to have a look into using Email Campaigns and setting up an automated campaign. As a note, Automated campaigns are available on some Email Campaigns plans. Check out this Squarespace help article for more details: Sending automated campaigns For any further questions you might have, please reach out to Squarespace Customer Support for personalized support.
  15. Hey @Madelyn, I can confirm you won't indeed need code for what you are trying to achieve. The order of your blocks will depend on the structure of your columns and rows. Here's a Squarespace help article that covers this in more detail: Page and block layout changes on mobile devices This guide also has a help video at the top, which explains how can you get the desired order of your blocks when your site is viewed on a mobile device.
