  2. Hi @echo, At the moment there isn't a list of features you can upvote, so if you would like to get your feedback to be logged the best approach is indeed to contact Squarespace Customer Support for that. I've gone ahead and submitted that feedback for you. 😉
  3. Hi @Darlene_B, All the Squarespace templates available are listed either in the 7.1 or 7.0 template stores, depending on the Squarespace version that's associated to the template. While it's not possible to find the template that a site is using through browser's inspector tool, Squarespace Customer Support will be more than happy to have a look into the example site in question and point you in the right direction in terms of the template choice to achieve a similar layout. Additionally, there's a great help guide about choosing the right template with helpful tips on that.
  4. Hi @nassleon, Thank you for flagging this issue. This was a known issue the Squarespace Engineering team has now resolved. For now, I am closing this post; for any further questions regarding this issue, please reach out to the Customer Support team.
  5. Hey @dev_, I believe you should have heard back from our Customer Support team in the meantime, but just wanted to highlight here that this indeed possible. You can submit an app for review by sending an email to partnerships@squarespace.com. As a note, bear in mind that to build a Squarespace Extension, there is need to first acquire OAuth credentials for commercial development. You can initiate that process by completing the form linked in our developer documentation. For any further questions you might, please reach out o Squarespace Customer Support.

  7. Hi LykaStudio, Just wanted to highlight that Spanish is one of Squarespace's six supported languages. With that, if you'd be enabling "Spanish" as the site language, automatically any built-in text in Newsletter Blocks will be translated to Spanish. As a note, if you are using Squarespace 7.0, only certain templates support the built-in text translation.
  8. Hi @jenniferboddam, The options you're attempting to edit (excerpt, thumbnail image) are located under the post's settings. If you keep experiencing difficulties with find those, I'd recommend contacting Squarespace Customer Support, who would be more than happy to offer personalized assistance.
  9. Hi Scooby, Your site's navigation its a reflection of the pages located in the "Main Navigation" area of the Pages panel. Any page there will automatically create a link within your site's navigation. This means that, for example, if you would like to rename an item on your site's navigation you could do so be renaming the corresponding page within the Pages panel. For any further questions you might have, feel free to reach out to Squarespace Customer Support for personalized assistance.

  12. Hi @katiedunnit, You might want to have a look into this other thread in the forum, to see if the suggestions there would be helpful for what you're experiencing.
  13. Hi @Mountainmint, While there isn't a centralized place where you can find all the categories and tags that are used throughout your site, the Advanced tab of each page's settings show all the categories/tags in use on that page. Have a look into this Squarespace help article for more details: Categories and tags - Bulk-edit categories or tags Fell free to reach out to Squarespace Customer Support for any further questions you might have about managing categories and/or tags on your site.
  14. Hi @LaLune, It seems that you're aiming to create what is known by "anchor links" or "page jumps". Squarespace has a great help article on how to set those up here: Creating anchor links For any further questions about the set up, please contact Squarespace Customer Support. Bear in mind that since anchor links involve using some code, the support we can offer might be limited.
  15. Hi @tracygriffen, The Squarespace help article I am linking below might be a good starting point in what regards getting more info about some of the warnings you might be seeing in Google Search Console: Understanding Google SEO emails and console errors As a note, Google Search Console is an advanced third-party service and while Squarespace can offer some insight into understanding Google SEO emails and console errors, we're unable to troubleshoot or investigate such results.
  16. Hi everyone, Thanks for posting about this issue. I'd like to clarify that as outlined in this Squarespace Help article, structured data warnings usually mean that Google is looking for specific markup code on your site and can't find it. However, rest assured that your website will still be indexed by Google and eligible for features like rich snippets. These warnings are something that our engineers are aware of and currently monitoring for potential platform improvements in the future. In the meantime and as suggested in the guide, you might want to use Google’s Data Highlighter to tag information that should display in rich snippets, if that's what you're aiming for. I also would like to take this opportunity to highlight that the Squarespace Forum is mainly a peer to peer community - a space for Squarespace users and professionals to discuss best practices, seek advice, and share coding solutions for advanced customizations. Thus, and as it is outlined in section 6 of the forum guidelines we don't actively track feature requests in the forum. For any feedback that you would like to be logged, contacting our Customer Support team would be the best approach.
  17. Hey @darrylv, You are very welcome! 🙂 The duplicated site indeed starts in a free trial that would need to be upgraded to paid service. At moment, there isn't a way to transfer subscriptions between sites, so the process will always encompass canceling the old site, upgrading the new duplicated site to paid service and moving any eventual custom domain(s) over to the new site. If the old site is under an annual subscription, you can fill out a refund form after you have canceled it. Depending on the amount of time left in the subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Please, contact Customer Support for personalized assistance on the best way to go about this and/or any follow-up questions.
  18. Hi @darrylv, It's indeed possible to duplicate a site from the Account Dashboard. This Squarespace help article goes into more detail on how to go about that: Duplicating a site For any further questions you might have about this, please reach out to Squarespace Customer Support for personalized assistance.
  19. Hi @Millbo01 Thanks for the suggestion! We don't currently offer that feature, but I'd be happy to suggest it to our development team on your behalf. While we can't guarantee implementation of every suggestion, customer feedback is an important part of how we continue to improve our platform, so we appreciate your input. As a note, for any feedback that you would like to be logged in the future, contacting our Customer Support team would be the best approach. As per section 6 of the forum guidelines we don't actively track feature requests in this forum.
  20. Hi @hasher22, After you've adjusted your domain DNS settings on your domain provider interface to have the domain pointing to Squarespace, it can take between 24 and 72 hours for your domain to be fully working due to the propagation time of the domain records across the Internet. Due to that, the records could take up to 72 hours to show in green in the DNS settings panel of your site as well. To make sure that the correct DNS setup is in place, you should also check if your domain nameservers are set to your domain provider's default values. Feel free to reach out to Squarespace Customer Care for any further assistance you might need with troubleshooting your domain connection.
  21. Hi @sagikr, While currently there isn't a way under Squarespace's built-in features to format an Index Page the way you're describing, you might want to consider using a Layout Page instead and then manually create thumbnail image navigation, using galleries with images' clickthrough URLs, for example. That would give you flexibility for a more customized "Index Page" layout. If you have any further questions about this setup, I'd recommend reaching out to the Squarespace Customer Support team for personalized assistance.
  22. Hi @strawberry12345, There was a recent issue with the CSS Editor that was identified and promptly fixed by our engineers. Because of that, newly added code in the CSS Editor wasn't being applied to live sites; it was appearing to save and it was indeed affecting the site preview, but it wasn't sticking in the live view. I believe your site might have been affected by this. If you're still experiencing the issue, I'd recommend temporarily making a style change as this should prompt all CSS/tweaks to update immediately. If the issue persists, please contact Squarespace Customer Support as they can take an alternative step to force the CSS tweaks update, should what you're experiencing be related to the issue that has been fixed.
  23. Hi @BrendanH, Just wanted to clarify that the behavior you're describing is intended as the playback speed tweak is currently only supported for YouTube videos. This info is outlined in this Squarespace help article: Adding background videos - Step 4 - Change the playback speed (YouTube only)
  24. Hi everyone, Thanks for posting about the issue you experienced while attempting to connect your domain to Squarespace. @StudioTroppo @nkos, since this something that might involve some personalized troubleshooting, please reach out to Squarespace Customer Support team directly for further assistance. With this, I'll be closing this post. Thanks!
  25. Hi daveeee, While .kr isn't a domain extension that Squarespace currently supports, I'd like to clarify that you can still use a .kr domain with your Squarespace site that you'd register with a third party provider. Then, you could have that domain connected to Squarespace by adjusting a couple of DNS settings within your domain provider interface to have it to point to your Squarespace site. Check this help article for more details: Connecting a domain to your Squarespace site Also, you can check all the domain extensions (aka, TLDs) that are currently supported to be registered/transferred with/to Squarespace in this other help guide: Domain TLD price list
