Why is Squarespace not collecting sales taxes?

Just chiming in that this is an ongoing issue and it would be nice to have better support from Squarespace if they're going to recommend Taxjar as an integration. Set up everything as prompted by both Squarespace and TaxJar and nothing is being collected. I've asked for support from both companies and nothing. Meanwhile, I am going to eat the cost of sales tax for orders that came in today. We're currently entering tax rates manually for all 50 states.
