same thing has happened to me - going in circles trying to follow support for google workspace and squarespace - seems there is no actual support to contact to resolve this and I am essentially locked out of my google/gmail and also my domain. I hope you get an answer and can come back here to update.

Hi Derrick, 1. Domain address/URL - www.valleyharvestgreens.com (not published) 2. Where is the domain hosted? Squarespace? A merged Google domain? Go Daddy etc? Squarespace purchased through google October 11, 2024 3. Where is your website hosted? Squarespace 4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published? not yet. I'm trying to do that! I've encountered an issue which is sending me in circles. My domain has been suspended and requires email verification - but the linked google workspace/gmail is not receiving emails for some reason and I can't figure it out. I've tried removing and resetting the MX/DNS settings following the prompts through squarespace and google admin console. No change. Can you possibly see what I'm doing wrong here? *clicking Google workspace 'get started' sends me to "get a domain" or "go to domain list" - My domain is there, but says "action required", so I click on that, and it says I need to re-send verification email - but nothing is being received in the email/gmail inbox. I'm clearly missing something here. Can you help?

My website is www.valleyharvestgreens.com (not published yet) - I've tried all the built-in steps to troubleshoot this gmail/squarespace connection and it sends me in circles. I tried updating the MX/DNS data following the google workspace & squarespace steps. When I click 'get started' to connect google workspace, it sends me back around to the squarespace email/google workspace/ *get a domain or *go to domain list which takes me to the page that says my domain is there but yellow <<action required>> then I get this page that says domain suspended . I've tried all the things I can see, and still no emails are coming through to my email (serge@valleyharvestgreens.com - hosted by google workspace, and linked to this squarespace domain - that I set up through google. I never did receive the verification email from squarespace - which should have happened immediately and now here I am. Can you help me figure out what I've missed or how to fix this? I've tried contacting squarespace support, but of course, they're likely trying to send email to this account also, and nothing is coming through. I've tried test emails from my other account and nada. HELP!?
