Hi Derrick, having the same problem. My situation is that the account didn't have a valid payment method, we so the domain didn't not renewed when it was needed. We changed the PM and we renewed the domain. But, we see that the SSL is not working. 1. Domain address/URL: www.dentalgrouptijuana.com 2. Where is the domain hosted? Squarespace? A merged Google domain? Go Daddy etc? This was a google domain. 3. Where is your website hosted? This is now an important question due to Squarespace's purchase of Google Domains. 4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published? It was in Wordpress. Please let me know if there's anything else you need from me.
