I am trying to retrieve 3 domains I bought from Google Domains. Here are the steps I took: 1. I received an email from Google telling me that my Domains had been transferred to Square space (annoying but ok) 2. I went to Squarespace.com and made an account with the email I used to buy those Domains from Google Domains. 3. When I logged in, my list of domains was empty. 4. I checked out the FAQ and it told me to do exactly what I did in step 2. 5. I started a chain of emails with support and the last response told me that my email is not associated with domains that I purchased through Google Domains. What can I do to successfully retrieve the domains that I legally purchased for myself? I saw someone in another thread mentioning a class action lawsuit for the loss of property on a mass scale, and I agree. This should be completely unacceptable for any company. Especially when it comes to domains. A lot of people are running businesses with those domains. Thankfully I only lost 3, where others were not so lucky.
