I did that and it does not allow me to change the picture or the subtitle 😞

Hi I want to get rid of both a blog overview and a portfolio landing page. I wish to go straight to the blog/portfolio but square space isn't letting me do this. OR I don't mind having these pages but it wont let me change the blog post pic or the subtitle and the portfolio landing page- I want it to look different. I think its easier not to have these pages though!
