Our company is in the middle of a major marketing campaign and the DNS suddenly stopped working entirely. Not only is our website down but all of our webhooks for various 3rd parties are also down now as well as all of our email addresses. We have been trying to get in contact with Squarespace for over a day with no response. This is a multimillion dollar business not some garage startup. This is completely unacceptable and will result in legal action if this issue persists.

The registrant info doesn't populate in SS, the custom nameservers won't load and when we look up the whois it shows some other company now that was updated as of yesterday.
We have the renewal set to autorenew/autopay and we see that the most recent invoice was paid Aug 21.
