Thanks so much for responding quickly! unfortunately that solution didn't work (I was hopeful!) so I emailed Squarespace for help. Hopefully they can fix it quickly on their end. -

HELP! Anyone know how to remove a dropdown menu showing an [UNSUPPORTED] error? It produced this error right after I set it up (not sure why) - but it let me add pages under it, though it was slow/janky. I thought naively that I could edit, but nope. I was able to move the nested pages to a new dropdown ("The Services" dropdown), but now the UNSUPPORTED dropdown is a dead navigation link. I can move it up and down on the navigation, but that's it. I the recommendation in the only forum post I found on this issue and attempted to remove via Squarespace mobile app, but that didn't work either (same issue). And no way to edit via page header/edit navigation menu. Thanks so much for your help asap!🙏 b
