But what If I can't see a paintbrush? All I can do is click EDIT in a grey toolbar over content. Then I can do basic stuff like add blocks. Ive watched tutorials and dont see a grid like in all the videos and none of the contextual menus like a paintbrush, etc. I am an Administrator.
