Hi @derricksrandomviews - I reached out to the customer rep 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard any update, I'm hoping you can help, I'm experiencing an SSL issue with my new Squarespace site. Thank you, it is truly appreciated. 1. Domain address/URL http://www.nyclearskin.com/ and trying to redirect to https://www.centuryderm.com/ 2. Where is the domain hosted? Squarespace? A merged Google domain? Go Daddy etc? nyclearskin.com is purchased with Google Domain but now merged with Squarespace. 3. Where is your website hosted? This is now an important question due to Squarespace's purchase of Google Domains. Hosted with Wix? I'm not so sure where can I check for this 4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published? Yes

We have tried reaching out to Squarespace through email again for the past week, but still haven't heard anything back. Can anyone help us with this issue, for now, our business card has been using the nyclearskin.com site for quite a while and the client hasn't been able to access it for months.

Hi, It seems we faced a common problem for SSL certificates are unavailable but we have tried to contact support without response, and tried to edit DNS waited for 72 hours and still have the warning. After SSL certificates get fixed, we want to forward our domain to Wix site which we already finished website design, when the user clicks on nyclearskin.com, it will redirect to "centuryderm.com". SSL certificates are unavailable These domains are not correctly connected to your Squarespace site.
