Square Space now states as of 9/5/24 that Live Chat is closed.

We’re experiencing a higher than normal volume of requests and are working as quickly as possible to answer them in the order they’re received.

Additionally, our live chat services were closed due to volume which is why you were asked to open an email ticket.
We’re currently investigating an issue with migrated Google Domains —thanks for reporting this to us. Our Engineering teams are prioritizing a fix for this as we speak.
There are many variables that we test against before we release a fix, so we can’t provide an exact timeframe for a resolution. We can’t always follow up personally when a fix is released due to the volume of reports we receive for this issue.
