Hi, my domain expired here in squarespace, I already paid for it but because the auto renew is disabled, the domain not renewed and they refund my payment even I did not request for refund. I dont know why it's not renewd even I paid for it for another 1 year in advanced. Now I can't acccess my domain or renew it, I tried contacting support but there's no response. Please help me.

GOOGLE TRANSFER MY DOMAIN ON SQUARESPACE. SQUARESPACE BILLED ME $36 USD TO RENEW MY DOMAIN, THE PAYMENT PUSH THROUGHT BUT STILL THE DOMAIN SAYS EXPIRED. AND IT'S SAY DNS ERROR, BUT YOU CAN EDIT THE DOMAIN NAMESERVER. NOW I CAN'T ACCESS MY WEBSITE. CAN'T BE EDIT, CAN'T BE TRANSFER, NOTHING. JUST ERROR.
