Help me please, Overview I had my Google domain migrated across to Squarespace previously and due to a misunderstanding with the communication my payment was withheld (I had no knowledge of the Squarespace transfer of Google domains) and as a result my domain was suspended by Squarespace on 29th August and I have been trying for 4 days to get the account reinstated. Squarespace has now taken the funds from my account but I cannot get any update from Squarespace, just an email saying that they are busy. When Squarespace support was responding to my emails they just sent links to pages that don't provide the information I need. I have followed the various links provided but they don't explain how to get to a domain that is email only. I don't have a Squarespace website and there isn't any way to input my new credit card details to get my email back I don't want to build a website I don't want to park my domain There isn't anything on my account dashboard about updating credit cards I keep going around this process it's really confusing, can someone help me, please? I'm not an idiot I just need a simple guide to which steps I need to follow and the actual deep link to get me to the page required. Living in hope
