Having the same issue. Found a workaround in inputting routing and account numbers manually. At least, this triggered a test deposit - which is more than I had before!

Hi there - website is www.colvintheatrical.com - When I install the brine template (and make it active), and dev mode is off, I still don't get an option to upgrade to 7.1. Emailed support, but no response. Any ideas?
