I am offering mix n match items for a party bag & need a form/pop-up box for Customers to advise if they want to purchase pre-made buttons OR to order party theme/custom buttons. Is there a way to attach a form to just 1 product (rather than when Adding to Cart) or to make an "Ordering Information" box at Checkout?
