  3. We are losing customers. We are losing money. The current situation is a disaster. The domain is hosted by squarespace itself. It was moved over from google domains. The auto-renew did not trigger. I updated the card information but the billing system is not taking the payment. I got a notification - "we can't reach you your email" (on the domain Squarespace sabotaged); I tried to change the email but I get an error. I cannot imagine how any of this would be legal.
  4. Thanks. Squarespace's billing system is broken. We also changed our card and the system refuses to take the payment to renew. Squarespace complained they can't reach us on our email - an email THEY suspended - and returns and error when I try to update the email address. Squarespace is holding customers hostage and this is illegal.

  6. This is very important for everybody. As of August 2024, Squarespace stopped providing customer service. Think hard before moving your domain or website to Squarespace.
  7. Squarespace is ignoring its customers. Squarespace took down our website and email. Our business is losing customers because of Squarespace. We tried rescuing our business by moving our domain to another provider, and Squarespace is now blocking the transfer.

" Sadly, on squerspace there is not such a thing as 'customer service' and whenever I try to have a Live Chat then I get a message that they are receiving a large volume of chat requests and that I suppose to send them email." extremely accurate - and it's truly unfortunate, because we are paying customers.
