I got the solution from a chat representative. I didnt have the correct permissions. The site ownership has been transferred to me and I can now edit the header.

How come I can't edit the site header on my laptop but can on my iphone. My husband is able to edit on his ipad but no on his laptop either. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
