Website is published but still showing as under construction

My google site was transferred to SquareSpace. It was working fine. Paid for it in January. For a while, I had the DNS go to another site where I was hosting digital courses. Now I want it to go back to SquareSpace. But when I put in the website address, it says my site is under construction. I sent out several requests for help, but still have heard nothing. Can someone in SquareSpace please contact me? Thank you.
