The third party developer provided us with a login and password. It is only for our company use and it's not being used more broadly. The app was accessed via a url link.

Hi, first time poster and come from a non technical background so go easy on me. We have recently moved our domain host and website to Squarespace. We had a thirdparty webapp that we had Custom A record so that the webapp could have a calyx.eco URL. Since moving the domain over we can no longer access the webapp: https://webapp.calyx.eco/en I copied over the custom A records but no luck. I have reached out to the third party and they advised the DNS record no found? Please help? Details below to help point me in the right direction. 1. Domain address/URL: www.calyx.eco 2. Where is the domain hosted: A merged Google domain now on Square space 3. Where is your website hosted: Squarespace 4. Is your Squarespace or third-party site active and published: Yes
