Already checked out this troubleshooting page and followed the prescribed steps to no avail, so that's why I'm here.

I just created a website and purchased a domain: www.adammaksoud.com on Friday 7/19. It's been longer than 72 hours and the "SSL certificates aren't currently available for the domains below". I've tried troubleshooting but haven't found the solution I need. I've chosen my security preferences as secure and never changed the Squarespace preset DNS settings. Strangely my website "renews on 8/19" as well. For further context I created a portfolio site (hosting videos from squarespace itself) from a template on squarespace, purchased a domain that was available at that time, and pretty much didn't mess with any settings after that. Sometimes the site is accessible but labelled as "Not secure", and then others I'm blocked from accessing it at all from Chrome, which is a problem as I'm sending this link out on my resume for job applications. I couldn't connect to support via chat and read that e-mail support can take days to weeks to respond back. As a new customer this is a huge bummer and I just want to get this site live and secure ASAP. Any advice?
