Can I send you a DM? The domain is for mycryptofunding.org and I am trying to add the DNS info as per request of the CRM provider.

I tried to contact Squarespace support by e-mail and many other means, but they do not respond. No live chat, no responses on Facebook or Instagram, just plain awful, low quality service. I am trying to add some DNS records, but it just doesn't go through!!! Please, does anyone have any idea of why it doesn't work? Thanks in advance
