Hi all,
I’m having problems with SSL for 3 weeks now. Below you can find all the info and steps I've taken so far.
krispiceramics.be
Domain host: one.com
Website host: squarespace
domain is connected to third party
Squarespace homepage is live, other pages are not
What I already did to fix this:
- contact one.com > DNS settings are ok and site is connected > they referred to squarespace for this issue
- waited for 72 hours
- contact squarespace customer care about one week ago and today again: no response yet to this question
- checked the guides/manuals and forum
- checked SSL 443 port = ok
- checked on SSLShopper (result: see attachment)
- so probably a problem with the common names in the certificate? Contacted one.com about this, but the referred again to squarespace
Anyone knows how to fix this?
