My site and email are down after verifying domain with mailerlite! please help

I had a google site and domain that was transferred over. I have verified the DNS records for Mailerlite, and since doing that, the site is no longer working, and neither is my email.
I don't know what to do, I don't understand the troubleshooting guides, and no one will get back to me from customer services. I have tried the live chat, and that just sends an email telling me Squarespace is here to help.
They don't seem to be here to help ?
Please send help.
