I have the following accordion on my website, and when the screen is below a certain size the pluses are no long in line. I want to shift them up so they are always inline with the top of the text, even if the text covers multiple lines. Alternatively when then accordion is closed all text is vertically centred - and then when opened the alignment shifts to the top?

Something like here https://www.zaha-hadid.com/ where select images can be dragged around. I want to do the same with images but kept within one section of my website, so images can be repositioned but not outside of that section/container.

I've played around with code to make the content in Personal + Play section draggable. Problem is I want to keep the confined to just that area section. Is this possible?
