  2. I suspect you may be misunderstanding how URL Mapping works on a Squarespace site. It only redirects URLs that do not exist on a Squarespace site to an existing page on that same Squarespace site. It does not handle URLs outside of the Squarespace site, other SS sites, or other domains. If I'm reading your domain registrations correctly. I think you will want to set up domain forwarding from herestudio.com.au to herestudio.au. You may also want to update the forwarding for herestudio.net to forward to you newest site, skipping the stop at herestudio.com.au along the way.
  3. Please see Exporting your site. I do not know if Shopify can import the exported file directly. It may need post processing to turn it into a format Shopify might deal with. I do not know what the post processing would be. I've not done it and I've not heard of it being done.
  4. I don't know what is happening. This is what I see when trying to add a subscription. product service subscription.mp4
  5. Here is an example of what I'm seeing when I view the section you had buttons turned on as an outside viewer. If you are not seeing the button while editing. Have you reloaded the page?
  6. Images are not stored in an image folder in the traditional sense that one might think, like an images folder on your computer. Squarespace uses a CDN ( content delivery network ) and so the URL for images are crazy looking. You might find the following elucidating. Let us know how it goes.
  7. I don't have a solution but I can describe why things are not working as one might hope. You've included a full HTML page inside another HTML page and HTML doesn't work that way. It's a syntax error. A developer would have to see if they can pull out the critical bits and include/modify them to work in a Squarespace site context. Another option might be to host the full page on another hosting service and pull the page in with an iframe in a code block. Each method has its challenges. I would not classify this task as easy.
  8. You probably did but the forum software doesn't automatically include it in the post. You have to add it to the text of the post for us to see it.
  9. Folks. For just a few image URLs at a time and the need is occasional, using the manual details option is grand. In Chrome you can bring up the contextual menu on an image and copy the image address. If you need a slew of URLs then my bookmarklet is the way to go.
  10. Yes and many others have been as well, that use custom code. That is the nature of custom code. Squarespace does not support your custom code and they are making changes all the time to the backend so custom code breaks. We don't like it but this is how things are. This is impossible to answer easily as it depends on what has changed on the backend. In general it is a case of going through the code, identify what isn't working, and attempting to update the code to restore your site.
  11. There is now! I have updated my cited code in my July 19, 2021 post. From the changes. fix for Gallery section elements not showing images Let us know how it goes.
  12. Apparently the original effect became "popular" when a someone released some code to do fluid dynamics or simulation in WebGL several years back. I knocked around a bit to see if I could find a decent library but didn't have much luck. I was looking for a straight client side JavaScript library or function that appeared to be up to date and maintained. Most of what I found was several years or more old. Now sometimes this can be misleading as if the code is working then it may not have needed an update for some time. So old code doesn't mean bad it's just more encouraging when it's fresher.
  13. I suspect what @bbyrd wants is for the desktop version of the gallery to look like the mobile version. Both desktop and mobile should be vertically stacked. I don't have a solution and it could be a bit tricky as I think SS is doing some calculations with code on the fly at times.
  14. You may find Service products useful as a starting point but as @paul2009 points out it's more than just a single page.
  15. Please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue. For us to see the URL you need to include the link in the content of your post. The URL field the forum software provides is not shown to us. A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a URL that contains /config/. 16. The URL is what we needed. If you used the CSS in the solution post without installing the cited code ( JavaScript ) above it that would hide all your products on all pages because the code would be incomplete. When the code is fully installed it is intended that the main store page or the All category is devoid of products so that you can build your own custom sections with text and images to link into your categories.
  17. It appears to me as though you are getting a number of Squarespace backend errors relating to the section dividers. There is not much we members here on the forum can do about backend issues. Please Contact Customer Support and report the issue. Let us know how it goes.
  18. This appears to be a bug on Squarespace's end. I checked several v7.0 sites and they are all doing this. I suggest reporting the issue to SS. Please Contact Customer Support. Let us know how it goes.
