  1. You have an errant unclosed script tag ( <script> ) which is wreaking havoc. It is most likely in Website > Pages > Website Tools > Code Injection > FOOTER. Remove it. Let us know how it goes.
  2. Please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue. A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/. Please set up a site-wide password, if your site is not public and you've not already done so. Post the password here. Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site. Please read the site-wide password and how to share a link documentation to understand how they work. We can then take a look at your issue. You may find How to post a forum question post useful.
  3. I have updated the code again. This effect is not active in SS Preview so as not to interfere with the editor. To test it use private browsing.
  4. I have updated my code cited in my November 2 2023 post. From the changes... fix for tags being misapplied Let us know how it goes.
  5. Add the following to Store Settings > Advanced > Page Header Code Injection for the store page. Please see per-page code injection. <style> html:not( .squarespace-damask ) .ancillary-header-branding-position-top-left [ data-nc-base="header" ] [ data-nc-container="top-left" ][ data-nc-container ], html:not( .squarespace-damask ) .Header-nav, html:not( .squarespace-damask ) .ancillary-mobile-bar-branding-position-top-left [ data-nc-base="mobile-bar" ] [ data-nc-container="top-left" ][ data-nc-container ], html:not( .squarespace-damask ) .ancillary-mobile-bar-menu-icon-position-top-right [ data-nc-base="mobile-bar" ] [ data-nc-container="top-right" ][ data-nc-container ] .Mobile-bar-menu { display : none; } </style> Let us know how it goes.
  6. I have no tips at the /cart page can not be removed.
  7. The feature is only available on v7.1. You are on v7.0. Many new features will only come to v7.1.
  8. Please see the following. Not sure if the redirect will solve your particular issue. Let us know how it goes.
  9. I've seen an increasing number of reports on this issue on the forum. Some folks are reporting that it seems to happen when you are editing courses. Please Contact Customer Support and report this issue. Apparently folks have been reporting but SS seems not to be too concerned. Be firm with them that this is not acceptable behaviour.
  10. This is correct. SS updated the icon and term in the UI. The post you reference is not available to me. Dropdowns only allow one level deep.
  11. I see no signs of my latest code and the old code is still installed.
  12. Can you give us a screenshot of what you are seeing?
  13. Not on an existing site but you can always start a new trial site by using the same process you used to start your existing site.
  14. Any URL that is reachable on your site (before using the URL Mappings feature) can not be used in URL Mappings. Only URLs that generate a page not found error can be used in URL Mappings.
  15. If you are referring to SS's export feature it is designed for content, not the style of a site. The only way I know to map settings from a new template to an old one is tediously copying settings from one to another.
  16. I pointed right to it but if you are not being taken there then look for my September 10, 2020 post in that thread.
  17. It appears you are using some really old code of mine. I suggest removing it and using to code cited in the following post. The recent code has settings for column and row orientation. Let us know how it goes.
  18. You have found more bugs in my code. Thank you. I will attempt to fix them soon. I'm a bit swamped at the moment. Please give me several business days to try to fix the issues. If I don't get back to you, please ping this thread to remind me.
  19. If this issue is actually a blacklist issue there are several scenarios. Spectrum or one of their providers of blacklists integrated another blacklist with the domain on it and bingo, you get flagged. See what I mean about blacklists are bad. There is no control, no authority, no verification, no appeals. Someone has reported your domain recently. They have some axe to grind. They report, there is no recognized body that controls standards for blacklists and bingo., you get flagged. Unfortunately blacklists are here and they are used. Some blacklists do try to provide quality information and I think some have some kind of review process. But without some kind of body that sets some standards blacklists are basically a free for all. Now in @rotanzdesign case they were able to get Spectrum to put their domain on a Spectrum whitelist most likely. So the domain is probably still on someones blacklist but is now overridden by the whitelist. All this of course is just a guess of what is actually happening.
  20. NS is essentially correct in that it's not their fault as a domain name registrar the only thing a registrar does is begin to answer the question where is something on the internet when you ask for a URL. The DNS system basically binds text names we like to IP addresses we don't like. It's like using an old phone book to find a name so you can call the number. I doubt that SS is at fault given that the built-in domain came back clean. Here is one possibility. The domain itself is on a blacklist that various tools use to flag sites as a threat. Blacklists are notoriously unreliable. They are abused by their providers and consumers. Again this is not a domain registrars or SS problem, they have no control of who puts a domain name or IP address on a blacklist. Getting a domain name or IP address off a blacklist can be difficult to impossible because blacklists by their very nature are flawed.
  21. The code is linked to in that post. Click the link.
  22. I'm thinking the curse of Ajax Loading strikes again! Try, temporarily, turning off Ajax Loading to see if the problem goes away. Please note that turning off Ajax Loading will effect the performance of your site. Ajax Loading is designed to increase the loading speed of your site after it first loads. If the problem goes away then it is likely the code has not been written to be Ajax compatible. It would need to be rewritten to be Ajax compatible, assuming it it even possible. You have to decide whether the custom code you are trying to use is worth turning off Ajax Loading. Or, it is worth trying to get an Ajax compatible version of the code. @paul2009 has a great article on the ins and outs of Ajax Loading. Please see Why does Squarespace code only work on refresh? The other option is to try to adapt the code to work for v7.0.
  23. Folks. This is because videos don't expose the video URL in the Asset Library that I can then output with my code. Images of course are not a problem.
  24. If you want to hide all the add to cart buttons on product details pages see the first bit of code in the following.
