  1. You can look for the code as long as you don't make any changes and then click Save, you should not cause a problem by just looking.
  2. Please post the URL for a page on your site where we can see your issue. If your site is not public please set up a site-wide password, if you've not already done so. Post the password here. Adding a site-wide password does not allow anyone to alter your site. It only allows those with the password to see your site. Please read the documentation at the link provided to understand how it works. Please read the documentation at the link provided on how to share a link to your site to understand how it works. A link to the backend of the your site won’t work for us, i.e. a url that contains /config/. We can then take a look at your issue.
  3. SS isn't designed for asset management like your computer/filesystem. It is best to keep master copies of all your uploads on your local computer. This is also a good idea if for some reason your site were ever lost. I wouldn't say you must download them manually but that is the lowest common denominator. You might be able to do some semi-automatic downloading with a tool like wget. But you have to be familiar with command line tools. I've never used wget for specifically downloading just the assets of an SS site.

  6. No FTP access. There is no batch download feature.
  7. I'm not seeing the code installed. It is hard to help if I can't see the code in action.
  8. It appears that the waitlist option only appears in the product detail page. I just tried a product block and those don't show a waitlist option. I have no other options off the top of my head.
  9. The password is not the problem. Your site is set to private. Please set up the site-wide password as requested.
  10. Your site is private. Please see my previous post on how to set up a site-wide password.
  11. I know of no way to use that code to do what you want. However you don't need code to have a waitlist. SS has a built-in feature for what you want to do.
  12. Please see the following. The main portion of the referenced code only needs to be installed once. TypeWriter Multiple.mp4
  13. My next step would be to create another trial version site. Using the same template and turning on Developer mode. Then I would proceed to compare the templates between the two sites to see if I could see anything amiss.

  15. I've not actually experienced this myself. I've just noted several others reporting similar issues.
  16. Also if you don't get a response after at least several days then go ahead and bump your thread by adding a post to the thread that simply says bump. That is an internet/forum thing. Keeping in mind that no one may have an answer to your question or there are other reasons no one is answering your question. I'm not piling on you @juliaprather. Just using this as an internet/web etiquette knowledge passing moment.
  17. Another thread on this issue perhaps?
  18. Folks. It is best to post one time for each issue you have. That way you don't have multiple people spending their time on the same issue.
  19. This is what I see when I use my code. My code order on the left, your order on the right. I believe I have addressed this issue. Thanks for the bug report. I have updated my code again.
  20. I have updated my code. There were some issues. Let us know how it goes.
