The worst part about it is we didn't have a choice in the matter.
We all have functionality removed with this new registrar. To resolve this we need to transfer our domains to other registrars for a transfer fee which is beyond ridiculous. Today I was charged ~$40 to move a single domain to GoDaddy for example that I just had to initiate - and now I have to wait 5-7 for the transfer to occur, just so I can get my wildcard subdomain functionality back and my certificates working with letsencrypt acme again.
I have another two domains that I have to transfer out and that will cost another $80.
$120 just so I can get functionality back on three domains that all worked with google domains!
No API keys available on squarespace for acme - this was a pretty bad migration from google to squarespace.
