It seems so.. I'm currently considering moving to a different service after seeing so many zero answer questions here -
Hi, Wondering if Acuity is suitable and customizable for other than just appointment purposes - like desk/room/facilities/timeslots scheduling and booking? Basically same functionality but different scheduling subject. So far, I have not been able to find any way to even change the text label to see "Booking" instead of "Appointment" I suspect we might need to use another third-party booking service or even another website hosting with an integrated desk and room booking solution? Thanks, Nikolay

Does Acuity allow to change the "appointment" type wording in all the forms to something like "booking"?
