Good morning,
I have to say this up front, but Squarespace tech support is failing on resolving issues with domains that migrated to this half consistent platform. I have successfully submitted tickets to resolve these issues only for them to send me back to the end of the line, and close my tickets. Currently, I am doing my part on following one of the suggestions by reactivating my expired domain which on the back-end of SS, the billing processing algorithm, is rejecting my payment. Anyone else in this same situation?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
