  1. *It’s now November 1st; and still waiting to have SS customer support to resolve my issue. It’s been six months later, and certainly there is certainly something wrong with this picture.
  2. *BTW, I’ve tried these steps too to use the incognito window, and SS is still not taking my payment to renew my expired domain.
  3. I am in the same predicament, and they closed down counting 4-5 tickets to only give me the same redundant reply to basically try again. Seriously?? 🤣
  4. Good morning, I have to say this up front, but Squarespace tech support is failing on resolving issues with domains that migrated to this half consistent platform. I have successfully submitted tickets to resolve these issues only for them to send me back to the end of the line, and close my tickets. Currently, I am doing my part on following one of the suggestions by reactivating my expired domain which on the back-end of SS, the billing processing algorithm, is rejecting my payment. Anyone else in this same situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. PS. This is my fourth post I have posted. Sadly looks like my 3rd post seemed to be deleted; hopefully this won’t be deflected and resolved instead. 😒
  5. Greetings all, I am quite new here, but merged over after my Google domain migrated to Squarespace domain console. During this migration all of sudden my email that is linked with my domain stopped receiving email. I initially thought my domain got hacked but became informed about SS purchasing and migrating domains. When I’ve first time I’ve logged into SS I tried to verify my domain, but since my email is not receiving email, the domain can’t be verified. I can also see that the MX records where not there either, but did also entered them again, and still my email is not receiving in-coming email. I can send mail out but not receive. Does anyone have this same experience with your Google Domain on the Squarespace? Thanks.
  6. Hi Edwardlayao, this same thing happened to my domain that I purchased from Google and discovered that it was purchased and migrated to Squarespace, and thus have the same issue of not being able to verify my suspended domain. My gmail linked to this domain isn’t also receiving emails with is an extra layer of a problem to this issue. I’ve followed some steps on updating the MX records in the DNS, but don’t thing this could be the issue but we shall see if this might resolve the issue to fully receive in-coming emails and eventually “verify” the domain. Have you resolved this issue, if you did, please share your steps. Thanks
