I have created a product that is a service. I have set it up as a subscription. When I click to mark it as fulfilled there is a checkbox to send an email to the customer or not. I would like to send the email about the order being fulfilled. However, it also sends a second email saying the item has shipped. This is confusing to me since the item is a service and not a physical item. Does anyone know why this is occurring?
