Help fixing the lower nav styling on mobile

Hi I'm having an issue on the lower nav buttons on the mobile version of my portfolio site where the buttons are either crashing into each other or busting outside the width of the page (see picture attached). I can't seem to fix this in the styling options. Has anyone had a similar issue or know any way or piece of code that could fix this? Thanks Josh
