Live site is showing too much spacing and distorted page

Thanks Tuanphan, These are the links to the pages having issues. https://mukka.com.au/st-kilda https://mukka.com.au/fitzroy In both the pages i have used 3 page anchors to show different menus. For some reason the first half of the page looks fine but there is too much spacing before second half and the menu looks wierd. -
I was editing my restaurant website to update pricing but for some reason upon publishing its showing too much spacing in between sections and the menu is not showing correctly. can someone please guide me on how to fix this. below is the screenshot from editor and the live site which shows the distortion and if someone looks into the live site its showing way too much spacing in between. i've checked the padding as per other discussions but it seems fine.
