  1. Hello! I am a manager at a small, locally owned coffee shop and we are trying to launch a membership club. There are two levels, Gold and Diamond. We are using squarespace for the member registration and payments. We use toast for in-store purchases and Square for online orders. Both POS systems have a camera that would be able to scan a barcode or QR code. Our system right now is members are sent a custom keychain (no QR code on it, just our logo) and are told to show their keychain at the register to confirm they are members. The problem is we need to be able to assure that people who show a keychain are still subscribed. They could still have the keychain but aren't paying anymore. We don't want to have to look up each member from a list everytime they want to order a coffee. Any ideas on how to integrate some sort of verification system? Thank you!
  2. SOLUTION: I figured it out! It was instagram captions that weren't sitting right on the page. They were somehow leaking out from the instagram widget I had at the bottom of the home page. Thanks for your help!
  3. But there is no custom code on the site any more? I removed it all and it is still showing up. Could it be the code in the footer? I did not put that there as far as I know. It was on there already with the website template I believe.
  4. Yes, multiple times. I tried turning off my computer and restarting as well.
  5. My custom code right now looks like this... empty.
  6. No, it's still popping up on my end. Even in preview mode I can see it. I also cannot see it when I go directly from the site URL. So it has something to do with the editing side of things??
  7. https://watermelon-turtle-5prp.squarespace.com/ It's not published yet but this is the current URL
  8. I added custom code to my website via the Custom CSS and Code Injection areas yesterday. It was for a sticky button. The button worked and looked exactly how I coded it. I copied the code from a squarespace forum. Now I have a vertical line of letters that displays across my website every few seconds. Not sure what it spells out, but it's nothing I've written in the code I don't think. I ended up deleting all the code to see if it was attached to that somehow but it still appears. I'm very confused and hoping for some urgent help, as we are on crunch time to get this website completed. Thank you in advance!
