Paul, I made that change but now I am being told the verification record can't be found and the domain is now showing an error. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone. In order to launch a fresh redesign for a client I have duplicated their website in their account. The work is done and we are ready to launch, but I'm having trouble moving their domain from the old site to the new duplicated one.

The problem is, its an external domain (via DNS Made Easy) and the client is having trouble getting access to the account so I can't make an DNS changes. But, the DNS for the domain is already pointing to the existing Squarespace web site.

My question is, is there a way I can move the domains between the two web sites in the same Squarespace account even though I can't make any external DNS changes?

Any help would be much appreciated. This snag has already held up the relaunch by a few days.
