There is not a way for clients to book different appointment types in the same transaction. I know this is not quite what you were hoping to hear - we value transparency and your time, so we want to be as up front as possible with you on what can and cannot be done within our platform.
I've gone ahead and sent over a feature request to our development team to review. I can't guarantee that this will be developed but our team does read all requests sent up and notes them so we know what customers are looking for.
