  1. Update - I've received a message back from Support answering this question. Unfortunately, not the answer I was hoping for, but helpful to get a clear response. Hi there, Greetings from Portland, Oregon! My name is Benjamin, with the Acuity Scheduling team, and I'm happy to help today. There is not a way for clients to book different appointment types in the same transaction. I know this is not quite what you were hoping to hear - we value transparency and your time, so we want to be as up front as possible with you on what can and cannot be done within our platform. I've gone ahead and sent over a feature request to our development team to review. I can't guarantee that this will be developed but our team does read all requests sent up and notes them so we know what customers are looking for. If you have any other questions, please let me know! All the best,
  2. I'm working as an independent ski instructor, using Acuity for online bookings, but can't seem to figure out a solution to deal with an apparent gap in the booking system - and would really appreciate any helpful answers! I have set up 3 appointment types (Morning, Afternoon, or All Day Ski lessons), all attached to the same calendar. A customer can currently book multiple dates for one appointment type (e.g. morning ski lessons), but can't book a mixed 'basket' of lesson types under a single booking. Instead, the customer has to choose a single lesson type, then find availability, then pay; and then repeat the process for each lesson type. This is adding extra work for the customer, which I'd like to avoid! So far, I've added a "how to book" guide on the front page, but would like to find a better solution. Fingers crossed anyone can help!
