Hi We've been having the same issue. Nothing was working. I tried again today from the computer on Chrome and it gave me the 400 bad request. My husband tried from his ipad on sufari and it worked! Maybe they are slowly fixing the issue? I still believe this was an issue with squarespace trying to force people to sign up to the $10 a month packing option, I imagine they've had a lot of complaints.

i've had no choice but to do the same but the amount of orders i have this is still incredibly time consuming. I am beyond frustrated by this. I can't find any information online to help me whitelist the URLs and i'm doubtful it will work either. Seriously considering moving platforms

The issue isn't Royal Mail. It's squarespace. We have been thinking of moving to shopify and maybe this is the push we needed! We raised a ticket but no help.
