I'm currently using Acuity to schedule shifts for my tutoring program. The shifts are scheduled through a class series, so if one instance of this class in the past it removes the shift from my Acuity sign-up page. This is a problem because I want tutors to be able to sign up for shifts anytime throughout the shift. This has resulted in our team having to manually remove all old shifts on a weekly basis.
I've checked through the Acuity API that there's no way to remove these old shifts programmatically just yet. This had me wondering if anyone knows how I can use a tool like PlayWright to automate logging into a general account and deleting these old shifts. Is the use of bots like this against Acuity policy?
