I originally registered my domain, https://snc.guru, with Google Domains.
I was happy with Google Domains, and I DEEPLY hate Squarespace for buying them and forcing me over to the "SS". However, far worse than having to use the truly-awful SS site to manage my domain, suddenly, yesterday - well after the GDomains transfer - all of my subdomain forwards have disappeared / stopped working. This happened shortly after I added a new subdomain forward, but I sure as hell didn't remove any of the 150+ other subdomain forwards that I had, all of which appear to have been brought in as CNAME records but no longer show up as "Domain Forwarding Rules" in the Website section of the panel wherein I manage my domain.
I had a LOT of subdomains (like, for example, gr.snc.guru, handbook.snc.guru, admin.snc.guru, feynman.snc.guru, etc.) - I even have one on my business cards. I also have (had) the domain itself forwarded to another website, (snprotips.com). Now, all of my subdomains and the snc.guru domain itself, redirect to a Squarespace page that says "We're under construction. Please check back for an update soon."
This is actively costing me money.
I have tried calling the Squarespace support phone number, but - oh, right - they don't have one.
I have tried contacting Chat support, but it just sits on the "Waiting for an agent" message FOREVER, and doesn't even tell me how long the wait will be.
I have tried sending an email instead, but I never receive a confirmation and nobody has got back to me.
This is a serious problem that needs an immediate resolution.
I would really love to have a way to contact a real-live actual human being and speak to them about this problem, in order to get a real resolution PROMPTLY. Please, if there are any Squarespace employees listening, please get in touch with me at the phone number beginning with that's associated with my account, beginning with 858. This is extremely urgent.
